Get The Most Out Your Coaching
I want you to benifit greatly from the time we have toghter and also during the time in between our sessions. Remember coaching works best when you have clear goals which are based on your needs and values.
To maximize the time we have toghether you'll want to have a written list of things to share and for us to discuss. Ideally you will want at least 10-15 minutes before your session to clear your work space of any distractions.
When at all possible you should make your call from a land line.
Complete as many of the questions as you can and email your answers to me prior to our next session.
- What are your top (3) three 90-day goals?
- What have you accomplished since we last talked?
- What are you working on?
- What didn't get done, that you intended to do?
- What problems of challanges are you currently facing?
- What are your (3) biggest opportunities?
- What would like coaching on?
- What do you most want to accomplish in this next week?
- What are the next action steps for you to take?
